CHATHAM – State Police and the Columbia County District Attorney’s Office arrested a Chatham man on 56 counts each of rape and incest, all as felonies.
Jeremy Hart, 42, was arrested on Monday.
Police said during the investigation which began in February 2018, it was discovered that Hart allegedly engaged in a course of domestic and sexual violence against the victim during a five-year period.
Hart was arrested in Colonie pursuant to a warrant issued by Columbia County Court. He was sent to the Columbia County Jail without bail.
