MID-HUDSON – Crews are
out across the region removing downed trees and repairing utility lines
following Tuesday’s storm.
The state of emergency remains in effect in Sullivan County.
A number of comfort stations have been set up in the region.
The Red Cross has a center at Fishkill Town Hall on Route 52.
Gold’s Gym in the Town of Newburgh has opened its doors to the public
for showers and cell phone charging stations.
In Putnam County, comfort stations are at the Putnam Valley Friendship
Center, Patterson Recreation Center and Hudson Valley Cerebral Palsy Association
in Brewster.
