Over 70 apartments proposed in City of Poughkeepsie

POUGHKEEPSIE – Two projects in the City of Poughkeepsie are proposing development of a total of 73 new apartments. Both are before the city planning board on Tuesday for approval.
Urban Green Builders is seeking approval to rehabilitate three existing buildings for 32 residential units and over 8,600 square feet of commercial space at 19-23 Academy Street.
Pelten Partners wants to develop 41 residential units in new and existing buildings.
