NEW CITY – Nine people have been arrested on felony drug and conspiracy charges as part of a large-scale narcotics investigation into a Nyack-based distribution ring operating in Orangetown, Clarkstown and Haverstraw.
The investigation began last July with District Attorney Thomas Zugibe’s Drug Task Force received information about a close-knit cocaine trafficking network operating from local bars and restaurants in Nyack and Pearl River.
Investigation determined that Stanley Juin, 32, of Nyack, was overseeing the network of suppliers, re-sellers and customers. According to the charges, Juin used Nyack as his base of operations.
Two of his alleged re-sellers are identified as Jenna Cippoletti, 29, of Nyack and Paige Willock, 27, of Ridgefield, New Jersey. The two women worked at bars and restaurants in Nyack.
Zugibe said Juin would meet the women at their places of employment and supply cocaine, which would be re-sold by the women to customers. Juin’s source of supply was identified as Gladimir Boursiquot, 32, of West Haverstraw.
Boursiquot’s alleged re-sellers were identified as Kevin Michel, 28, of Spring Valley; Ronald Babcock, 47, of Suffern; Joseph Sweeney, 28, of Nanuet; Matthew Sobieraj, 32, of New City; and Jenna Pipolo, 28, of Pearl River.
Juin, Boursiquot and their associates allegedly had over 150 cocaine customers throughout Rockland County.
They are all charged with felony and misdemeanor criminal possession of a controlled substance, felony criminal sale of a controlled substance, and a felony of conspiracy.
