WURTSBORO – A Binghamton man was arrested after State Police found him in possession of 19 pounds of marijuana.
Steven Mendoza, 28, was stopped for a vehicle and traffic violation on Thursday in the Town of Mamakating and a State Police K-9 found the drugs in his vehicle.
He was charged with criminal possession of marijuana and sent to the Sullivan County Jail in lieu of $20,000 bail.
