DOVER – A couple was caught in the act having sex in the parking
lot of the McDonald’s on Route 22 in the Town of Dover.
A concerned resident reported “inappropriate behavior” to
State Police and when troopers arrived at about 12:20 p.m. on Thursday,
they observed the couple engaged in a sex act in public view.
Vincent Sheeley, Jr., of Dover, and Marissa Mongelli, of Danbury, Connecticut,
both 30, were each charged with public lewdness.
They were issued appearance tickets returnable to Dover Town Court.
