SAUGERTIES – A Bloomfield, New Jersey man has been charged with criminal trespass after he drove his vehicle across a fence and onto the Winston Farm off Route 32 in Saugerties on Wednesday.
Saugerties Police said Tyler Donan, 22, drove through the fields and across Beaverkill Stream when the car became submerged. In addition to the criminal charge, he was given an Environmental Conservation violation of trespass on posted land.
Donan was released on $500 bail.
