Peekskill man arrested second time in four days for sexual offenses against a child

PEEKSKILL – A Peekskill man, who was arrested on February 19 for sexual conduct with a victim under the age of 11 while in the Town of Wappinger, was arrested again, for an unrelated offense.
State Police said that Elisha Henry, 23, was arrested on Friday, February 23 on two counts of felony sexual abuse. The new allegations stem from an investigation that determined he sexually abused the victim in the City of Peekskill.
Henry was sent to the Westchester County Jail without bail pending a future court appearance.
