MIDDLETOWN – A pedestrian who was crossing the street at North
Street and Wickham Avenue in the City of Middletown early this (Sunday)
evening, was seriously injured and a close friend, who was on the scene
told Mid-Hudson News he is deaf.
The victim, known to his friends as Santos, was transported to the hospital.
The woman said she believes the driver ran a red light, but that could
not be immediately confirmed by police.
