WHITE PLAINS – A Yonkers man was arraigned on murder and other
charges in Westchester County Court on Tuesday.

The indictment alleges that on the evening of December 7, 2017, Charles

The victim was found by police in an alleyway.

Burks faces up to 25 years to life in prison if convicted.

Hill, also charge with murder, was arraigned on February 8.

The case is being prosecuted by Senior Assistant District Attorney Jonathan
Strongin and Assistant DA Perry Perone, chief of the Homicide Bureau.
