PLEASANT VALLEY – State Police charged a woman with endangering the welfare of a child after she placed a seven-year-old out in the rain wearing socks and a t-shirt as a form of discipline.
The child ran to a neighbor’s home for help prompting that person to call 911.
Troopers arrested April Gadonniex, 39, of Pleasant Valley on Saturday, February 10. She was sent to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $250 cash bail or $500 bond and a full stay way order of protection was issued in favor of the victim.
