GOSHEN – A Scranton, Pennsylvania man is in the Orange County Jail without bail following his arrest on Sunday.
State Police stopped Victor Mercedes, 21, while driving on Route 17 in
the Town of Goshen for a traffic violation and a search of his vehicle
resulted in the seizure of 4 ½ ounces of crack cocaine.
He was charged with two counts of felony drug possession as well as criminally
using drug paraphernalia and obstructing governmental administration.
