GOSHEN – A Highland Falls man is expected to be sentenced to 15 years in state prison when sentenced in March on his guilty plea to three counts of sexual abuse.
At the time of his plea before Orange County Court Judge Robert Freehill, Anthony Martinez, 18, admitted having subjected three children, each under the age of 11m to sexual contact.
Prosecutors said they would recommend 15 years in prison when he is sentenced.
“This disposition ensures that these children will be spared the ordeal of having to testify in open court,” said District Attorney David Hoovler.
