Stabbed teen declines police assistance

POUGHKEEPSIE – City Police in Poughkeepsie are investigating the stabbing of a 17-year-old male who sustained a wound to his left arm.
Police were called to Adams Barbershop at 441 Main Street at 5:15 p.m. on Wednesday for a report of a stabbing.
The victim was transported to MidHudson Regional Hospital for treatment of his wound, which was not life threatening.  The victim did not want further police assistance.
