Crawford residents arrested on drug charges

TOWN OF CRAWFORD – Orange County Sheriff’s deputies have arrested two Town of Crawford residents on drug charges after they were found sitting in a car with the motor running at Pine Bush Town Park in Crawford.
Deputies approached the vehicle to check on the occupants on January 15 and smelled marijuana in the car. Further investigation revealed the pair was in possession of eight grams of heroin, 0.2 grams of crack cocaine, 10.5 grams of marijuana, 24 grams of edible marijuana, eight Percocet tablets, more than 67 Xanax tables, 14 Oxycontin tables and eight Clonazepam tables.
Thomas Healy, 28, and Priscilla Carbajal, 25, were each charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell and several counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, all as felonies, several counts of misdemeanor drug possession, and unlawful possession of marijuana. Both were sent to the Orange County Jail on $25,000 cash bail or $50,000 bond each.
