Police track bank robber to City of Poughkeepsie

POUGHKEEPSIE – A man who
held up the TEG Federal Credit Union branch at 11 Marist Drive in the
Town of Poughkeepsie this evening apparently drove a car he stole into
the City of Poughkeepsie where police officers located it unoccupied in
the parking lot of the Rip Van Winkle apartments at 10 Rinaldi Boulevard.

A police K-9 tracked the perpetrator to the front door of the apartment
building.

The investigation is continuing.
