Three out-of-towners arrested following Town of Newburgh traffic stop

TOWN OF NEWBURGH – Three people are in the Orange County Jail following a vehicle stop on Route 9W in the Town of Newburgh near the city line shortly after 3 a.m. on Tuesday, December 26.
Francisco Roman, 39, of Griffin, Georgia, was charged with two traffic offenses, a traffic misdemeanor and two felony drug charges.  He is held without bail
Jessica Hudson, 42, of Ilion, New York, was charged with five separate drug offenses, three felonies and two misdemeanors.  Jessica Torres, 44, of Waterbury, Connecticut, was charged with five separate drug offenses, three felonies and one misdemeanor. 
Bail was set at $20,000 for Torres and Hudson. Roman is held without bail.
