PA man caught in Orange County with stolen car

DEERPARK – A Shohola, Pennsylvania man was arrested last Sunday morning in the Town of Deerpark after he was stopped while driving on Route 97 at 4 a.m.
The driver, Samuel Mittelmark, 19, was found to be impaired and under the influence of narcotics. Police also said the 2014 Jeep he was driving had been reported stolen in Pike County to Pennsylvania State Police about two hours earlier.
Mittelmark was arrested and charged with felony criminal possession of stolen property, driving while ability impaired by drugs, criminal possession of stolen property, and unlawful possession of marijuana. He was sent to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail or $15,000 bond.
