FISHKILL – A hamlet of
Wallkill man has won the first top prize of $10 million in the $350 million
Cash Spectacular scratch-off game.
He will receive a ceremonial check for his winnings tomorrow (Wednesday)
at the New York Lottery office in Fishkill.
Also to receive oversized checks will be a Cortlandt couple who will split
the $5 million second prize after playing the Mega Millions Megaplier
and a West Nyack woman who did not know she won $1 million until she came
in to claim her prize.
