Cornwall man arrested for felony DWI

NEWBURGH – A Cornwall man was arrested early Friday morning on DWI charges after he was stopped for speeding on Robinson Avenue in the City of Newburgh.
During the investigation, deputies observed the driver, Dean Terrizzi, 25, displaying signs of intoxication. His blood alcohol content was .22 percent resulting in a charge of aggravated driving while intoxicated. He was also charged with DWI and felony aggravated unlicensed operation for driving with a suspended license.
Terrizzi was sent to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or bond.
