HYDE PARK – An 18-year-old
Sarcoxie, Missouri man is under arrest after he showed up at FDR High
School in Hyde Park in an attempt to drop off an item to a 14-year-old
student.
Hyde Park Police responded to the school and interviewed Logan Killman,
who told them he met the girl online and came to New York to live with
her.
As a result, he was charged with promoting a sexual act by a child and
possessing a sexual performance by a child, both as felonies, and a misdemeanor
of endangering the welfare of a child.
Killman was committed to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $40,000 cash
bail or $80,000 bond.
