PLEASANT VALLEY – The Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a fatal shooting at the Pleasant Valley Trout and Game Club at 1208 Salt Point Turnpike in Pleasant Valley.
Sources said the victim was a woman.
Captain John Watterson said the incident occurred around 12:45 p.m. on Tuesday, but since the investigation is still in its early stages, no other information had been released as of late yesterday. Detectives and the county coroner’s office were on the scene.
