LIVINGSTON – State Police have arrested an 80-yar-old Livingston
man on charges of menacing with a weapon and reckless endangerment, both
as misdemeanors.
Trooper were called to landlord-tenant dispute on Columbia County Route
10 in the Town of Livingston on Monday where it was alleged that Jim Williams
had been involved in an argument with his tenants, pointed a rifle at
a tenant and then fired one shot toward an adjacent wooded area.
Williams was arraigned and released on his own recognizance and an order
of protection was served on Williams in favor of the victim.
