CITY OF NEWBURGH – A distraught City of Newburgh woman is circulating
flyers and has reported her adult son missing since he did not show up
for work as a cook in Cornwall-on-Hudson on Wednesday, September 13.
Linda Cotes lives with her son, 34-year-old Scott Bartley.
She said she saw him last at 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday, September 12. She usually
drives him to work, but the following day he was not around so she presumed
he got another ride.
When he didn’t show up, his boss called looking for him and that
is when she reported him missing to Newburgh City Police.
Cotes sad many of her son’s friends are out looking for him, but
no leads have surfaced.
