Mikalonis
TOWN OF ROCHESTER – A Kerhonkson man is charged with rape and criminal sex act both felonies.
After receiving a request for a welfare check, state police investigated and discovered that Daniel Mikalonis, 26, was possibly involved in a sexual relationship with a 16-year-old female. The relationship has been ongoing for two years, when the girl was 14.
Mikalonis was arrested and sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $15,000 cash bail or $30,000 secured bond to reappear in town court on Monday September 18th.
