WAPPINGER – A Watervliet man is under arrest after being charged
with a felony of promoting a sexual performance by a child.
State Police at the Wappinger barracks arrested Michael Razzano, 27, on
Friday, September 1. An investigation with State Police Troop G in Latham
revealed he had sent child pornography to a person who he met on a dating
website.
Razzano was remanded to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $50,000 cash
bail or bond pending a future court appearance.
