FISHKILL – Investigators
have still not solved the mystery of who set fire to the Gap distribution
center in Fishkill on August 29, 2016 so the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco,
Firearms and Explosives and Gap Inc. have increased the combined reward
to catch the perpetrators.
The previous reward of $7,500 has now been increased to $25,000 for information
leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for the fire
that destroyed a large section of the facility. As a result, it was shut
down for a lengthy period of time.
The investigation is continuing, but authorities are asking anyone with
information about the fire to contact ATF at 888-ATF-FIRE (888-283-3473),
