NEW LEBANON – State Police arrested a man and woman and charged them each with kidnapping for allegedly holding a woman against her will. Investigation revealed the suspects brought the victim to a residence in New Lebanon from Pittsfield, MA where an altercation took place and she was menaced with a gun.
During the investigation into the 12:50 a.m. incident on July 27, Charles Tabon, 38, of Pittsfield, MA and Megan Vandeusen, 28, of New Lebanon, were each charged with kidnapping and unlawful imprisonment. Tabon was also charged with criminal use and possession of a firearm, and menacing. Both were sent to the Columbia County Jail without bail.
