MONTGOMERY – Police charged a Montgomery man with the sexual assault of a teenage girl.
Montgomery Town Police arrested Jason Dinger, 30, on Sunday, and charged him with two counts each of criminal sex act and sexual abuse, all as felonies; forcible touching, unlawful imprisonment, sexual misconduct and three counts each of endangering the welfare of a child and unlawful dealing with a child.
Dinger was sent to the Orange County Jail.
