WAPPINGER – A Wappingers Falls man, who was arrested in March and charged with three counts of unlawful surveillance as felonies, has been arrested again on similar charges.
State Police said Michael Kelly, 54, was accused of setting up cameras in his home to record nude images of victims, who had a reasonable expectation of privacy.
Since that arrest investigators executed a search warrant at his home and his computer equipment was seized and evaluated. Three additional victims were identified and Kelly was charged with unlawful surveillance against those individuals.  He was arraigned and released pending a future court appearance.
