HIGHLAND FALLS – A Lake Peekskill man was arrested Tuesday morning after he was pulled over while driving on Route 9W in the Village of Highland Falls and police found drugs in his possession.
Francis Rufino, Jr. was charged with felony and misdemeanor criminal possession of a controlled substance. Village police did not specify what the drugs were. He was sent to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or $25,000 bond.
