KINGSTON – Saturday shuttle services in the City of Kingston return this summer beginning on Saturday, June 3.
Mayor Steven Noble said last summer’s pilot shuttle service “attracted significant interest among residents, business owners and visitors in our city.” This year’s service will focus on a more convenient, accessible and enjoyable shuttle service to operate on Saturdays this summer, he said.
The shuttle will operate from noon to 9 p.m. and run on a continuous loop with no service breaks.
The first Uptown location, in front of the North Front Street municipal lots, will have pickups at the top of each hour. The first Downtown location, in front of the Heritage Area Visitors Center, will have pickups on the half hour.
Riders can pick up the shuttle at any of the locations on the shuttle schedule or they can flag it down along the route.
The cost is $2 for the entire day.
