Kingston woman charged with disseminating indecent material to minor

KINGSTON – A Kingston woman is charged with disseminating indecent material to minors and endangering the welfare of a child.
The Ulster County Family and Child Advocacy Center completed an investigation into indecent material sent to a minor in the City of Kingston and arrested Falisha Lewis, 34,  She was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Kingston City Council.
The case was turned over to the Ulster County District Attorney’s Office Special Victims Unit.
The Family and Child Advocacy Center is comprised of State Police, the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office, Child Protective Services and the District Attorney’s Office.
