VERPLANK – A level two sex offender was arrested for allegedly having sexual contact with a boy under the age of 15 on several occasions in the Town of Cortlandt.
State Police charged Kenneth Brody, 56, of Verplank with three counts of felony criminal sexual act.
Troopers working with the Westchester County Child Advocacy Center investigated the reported abuse and discovered Brody was a registered sex offender who allegedly subjected the victim to sexual contact.
