Woman injured in Rhinebeck rollover

RHINEBECK – Rhinebeck firefighters rescued a driver when her car rolled over in the middle of East Market Street in the village late on Saturday morning.
The driver, whose name was not made public, apparently lost control of her vehicle, crashed into a parked car and rolled over in front of 97 East Market Street at round 11:30 a.m.
The driver was entrapped in the car and fire department personnel had to extricate her including by removing the roof of the car. Fire department medical personnel were able to get into the vehicle and stabilized her before she was transported by Rhinebeck Fire Department ambulance to MidHudson Regional Hospital for further treatment.
Rhinebeck Police are still investigating the crash.
