SAUGERTIES – A Saugerties man was arrested on a felony charge of possessing a sexual performance by a child.
Benjamin Debrosky, 25, is in the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 bond.
Investigators executed a search warrant at his 160 Shear Road home in
the Town of Saugerties and seized a number of computers there.
The investigation was conducted by detectives from the Saugerties Police Department, the FBI Child Exploitation Task Force and the State Police Computer Crimes Unit.
