Sinagra named president of Ulster Police Chiefs’ Association

KINGSTON – Saugerties Police Chief Joseph Sinagra has been elected president of the Ulster County Police Chiefs’ Association.
State Police Captain James Michael was chosen as vice president.
Ulster County Sheriff’s Office Captain Vincent Alteri was elected as secretary and Ulster County Sheriff’s Office retired Lt. Don Pecora was elected as treasurer.
The men will serve in those positions in 2017.
