Crime Stoppers offers reward in New Paltz stabbing

NEW PALTZ –New York State Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of
up to $2,500 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those
responsible for the assault and stabbing of a 20-year-old man during an
altercation in New Paltz.

At about 1:50 a.m. on Saturday, November 19, New Paltz Police responded
to a report of an altercation at the Cabaloosa Bar at 58 Main Street.
Investigating officers found the victim had been assaulted and stabbed
during the altercation at the bar.

Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call New York State
Crime Stoppers hotline at 866-313-TIPS (8477). Callers may remain anonymous
and will be provided with a confidential ID number.
