The victim was Dawson Stallman, 13, a rear seat passenger in a car driven
by Donna Preuss, 27, of Philmont. Two other passengers and the driver
were injured in the accident.

Preuss was driving a 2004 Honda Civic when it collided with a 2015 Subaru
