KINDERHOOK – State Police have released the name of the teen who
was killed in a two-car crash on Route 9 in Kinderhook late Thursday night.

The victim was Dawson Stallman, 13, a rear seat passenger in a car driven
by Donna Preuss, 27, of Philmont. Two other passengers and the driver
were injured in the accident.

Preuss was driving a 2004 Honda Civic when it collided with a 2015 Subaru
Crosstrek driven by Judith Gagliardi, 74, of Chatham. She was injured
along with a passenger in her vehicle.

All of the injured parties were transported to Albany Medical Center for
care.

The incident occurred, police said, as Gagliardi was making a left turn
onto Columbia County Route 28 from Route 9 as Preuss was driving in the
opposite direction on Route 9.

State Police are continuing their investigation into the crash.
