NEW PALTZ – New Paltz Police conducted an underage drinking check at local bars, arresting five suspects. Police say they possessed forged identifications or identifications of individuals’ names, making them appear to be 21 years of age.
Arrested were Logan Hornsey, 19; Taylor LaFrance, 19; Paige Gladstone, 19; Jessica Fox, 18; Justin Ganca, 20, all of 1 Hawk Drive New Paltz,
Gladstone and Hornsey were each charged with one count of criminal impersonation. LaFrance, Fox and Ganca were each charged with one count of criminal possession of a forged instrument. All charges are misdemeanors.
New Paltz Police, with the assistance of the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office, conducted an alcohol beverage control check at establishments in the Village of New Paltz. The five arrested were among the patrons interviewed by officers inside the bar.
