Two hold up motel guest in Wallkill

TOWN OF WALLKILL – Police in the Town of Wallkill are looking for
two men who held up a guest at the Super 8 Motel on Route 211 East Friday
morning.

Police Chief Robert Hertman said a Middletown man, who was staying at
the motel, answered a knock at the door just after 3 a.m. add was greeted
by two men who forced their way into the room. They assaulted the victim
while they demanded money.

After a brief period of time, the suspects fled empty handed.

The victim refused medical aid and was unable to provide a further description
of the suspects.
