TOWN OF MONROE – A Syracuse man is in the Orange County Jail without bail following his arrest while driving on Route 17 in the Town of Monroe.
State Police stopped Thomas Gregg, 64, for a traffic infraction on Tuesday and following an alert from a police K-9, a search of Gregg’s car revealed he had approximately 7.9 ounces of heroin in his possession.
Gregg was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance as a felony.
