Motorcyclist killed in TZ Bridge accident was driving aggressively

GREENBURGH – State Police released the identity of the man killed when the motorcycle he was operating on the Tappan Zee Bridge on Wednesday morning crashed with a truck.
Troopers said Jose Capo, 38, of Nyack was driving in an aggressive manner, weaving through traffic. It was determined that he lost control of his bike, crashed into the rear of a pickup truck and was ejected before being struck by a tractor-trailer. He died at the scene.
The driver of the tractor-trailer, a Harrisburg, PA, man, was not injured. No charges are pending, police said.
