CIRCLEVILLE – Wallkill Town Police officers arrested a robbery suspect
minutes after he held up the Crystal Run Pharmacy at 390 Crystal Run Road
just before 6 p.m. on Wednesday.
The alleged robber, later identified as Glenn Kramer, 35, of Highland
Lake, told the pharmacist to hand over narcotic pain medication and cash;
he handed the robber an undetermined amount of controlled substances and
cash before Kramer fled in a car.
Police gave chase on Route 211 at Route 17 westbound. When Kramer got
to exit 119, he got onto Route 302 where he was apprehended.
Kramer was charged with robbery, criminal possession of a controlled substance
and criminal possession of stolen property.
He was arraigned and remanded to the Orange County Jail pending a future
court appearance.
