Bligen
KINGSTON – Kingston police arrested a city man following an undercover investigation into the sale of cocaine in the area of Maiden Lane and Pine Street.
Special Investigations Unit detectives arrested Ira Bligen on Maiden Lane after he was seen selling suspected cocaine outside his residence. A search warrant was executed with additional cocaine recovered from his home.
Bligen was charged with felony criminal sale and possession of a controlled substance. He is in the Ulster County Jail without bail.
