CLAVERACK – York State Police Livingston arrested a Claverack man for aggravated driving while intoxicated under Leandra’s Law, a felony.

Troopers were dispatched to a home located on County Route 27 to conduct a welfare check. While conducting interviews, Michael Snyder, 26, entered the driveway of the residence in a pickup truck.  An investigation revealed that he was driving while intoxicated with a 3-year-old child passenger.
