Yogman
NEW ROCHELLE – City Manager Charles Strome III named Tracy Yogman as New Rochelle’s new commissioner of Finance. She will assume the job on September 12.
Yogman previously served as vice president of finance and chief financial officer of the Queens Borough Public Library and as comptroller for the Town of Huntington.
Strome said Yogman’s “public sector experience is well suited to New Rochelle and will be an asset to our Department of Finance.”
She succeeds longtime finance commissioner Howard Rattner, who retired in June.
