WAWARSING – A North Royalton, Ohio man was arrested on July 4 on charges of forcible touching.
State Police were called to the CYM Camp on Route 209 for an alleged assault investigation, which revealed that Andrii Liakhovetski, who was staying at the campgrounds, allegedly touched the breasts of two females as he walked to a bathroom.
He was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Wawarsing Town Court.
