STONY POINT – Police have arrested a 64-year-old Tomkins Cove man
on several charges after a neighbor dispute in the area of 9 Prospect
Place.
Richard Licata of that address allegedly approached and threatened several
people, including children ages seven and nine, with a sickle.
He was charged with criminal possession of a weapon, reckless endangerment,
menacing, endangering the welfare of a child and disorderly conduct.
Licata was issued an appearance ticket returned to town court.
