TOWN OF WALLKILL – The Orange County Partnership’s Most Valuable
Partner Award this year was presented to the Town of Wallkill and its
government team.

At a well-attended breakfast on Thursday, the town’s large numbers
of economic and business development accomplishments were outlined.

Town Supervisor Daniel Depew, who leads the charge, was touted by Partnership
President Maureen Halahan as a go-getter with a good sense of humor.

“Dan is always a prankster, always keeping people on their toes,
working tirelessly to bring economic vitality to not only the Town of
Wallkill but to Orange County, New York. Dan is a big-picture guy with
a big appetite for success,” she said.

Depew said he hasn’t done it all by himself. “It’s
a team effort,” he said.
